We are a collective of Armenian civil society organizations (CSOs) united in our commitment to advocate for the rights and dignity of Armenian citizens.

We tirelessly promote democratic values throughout the country, fostering an environment where the voice of the people can be heard, and their needs addressed. Our concerted efforts are focused on addressing crucial issues related to education, gender justice, youth engagement, corruption, justice reform, and domestic violence. Our approach is grounded in collective effort and evidence-based strategies, ensuring that our actions are informed by sound research and best practices.

Transparency International

Anti-Corruption Center (TIAC)

Transparency International Anti-Corruption Center (TIAC) NGO was established in 2000 by Amalya Kostanyan (1960-2010) carrying the name of the Center for Regional Development NGO. Due to its active endeavors towards the good governance, within one year in October 2001 the organization became the accredited National Chapter of Transparency International – the global anti-corruption movement. From 2008, the NGO was reregistered and renamed as Transparency International Anti-corruption Center (TIAC). During its 20 years of operation, TIAC has become the main watchdog NGO in Armenia in the field of good governance and fight against corruption. TIAC mission is to promote good governance and democratic processes to contribute to strong statehood and a corruption-free Armenia.


Protection of Rights without Borders

The “Protection of Rights without Borders” Non-Governmental Organization was founded in 2009. The organization aims at raising the efficiency of human rights protection in the Republic of Armenia, as well as strengthen the principles of the rule of law and good governance.


Non-Discrimination and Equality Coalition (NDEC) NGO

The “Non-Discrimination and Equality Coalition” (NDEC) NGO unites 11 prominent human rights organizations and individuals sharing the same vision - an equal and just society in Armenia. It was formally established in 2017. The Coalition aims to streamline the efforts of civil society organizations and activists to develop a more comprehensive and effective approach to combatting systemic discrimination.


Public Journalism Club

“Public Journalism Club” (PJC) NGO was founded in 2011. It focuses on revealing human rights issues, and fundamental freedoms in Armenia, referring to the main violations by forming dialogue among the stakeholders, promoting dialogue, peace and understanding in the region through innovative initiatives, as well as the development of democratic processes and civil society, fostering media and information literacy by fact-checking and educational solutions thus contributing to the fight against disinformation.


For Equal Rights

“For Equal Rights” NGO was founded in 2015. “Article 3 Human Rights Club” was founded in 2016. The organization aims at promoting the development and establishment of democratic institutions in Armenia.



Women's Support Center

"Women's Support Center" provides confidential, protected and free services to victims of domestic violence and their children.


Helsinki Citizen's Assembly-Vanadzor

“Helsinki Citizen's Assembly-Vanadzor” NGO (HCA Vanadzor) NGO was founded in 1998 as a branch of Helsinki Citizens' Assembly Armenian Committee. It was registered as an independent organization in 2001 and was re-registered in 2005. The organization has adopted an integrated approach to human rights protection, which focuses on both prevention of violations and on restoration of violated rights.


"Asparez" Journalists' Club


"Asparez" Journalists' Club NGO was founded in 2000. The organization aims to protect the freedom of speech, expression, press and information, to improve local self-government performance, to fight against corruption, to monitor public funds and elections. It also initiates strategic trials to overcome the aforementioned problems.



Union of Informed Citizens


“Union of Informed Citizens” Non-Governmental Organization was founded in 2014. The organization works for raising public awareness in Armenia, combating misinformation, promoting reforms, and monitoring and improving electoral processes.

Our Partnerships
As part of our multifaceted initiatives, we collaborate with Comms Hub and Democracy Development Foundation (DDF). These strategic partnerships enable us to enhance the impact of our efforts to advocate for the rights and dignity of all Armenians.

CommsHub is a global network of pro-democracy strategic communications groups. Its work with CSOs, providing them a number of professional services.
